The programme is designed to enable professionals and the ones interested in the non-formal education sector to support young people in developing teamwork skills, communication and managing challenges with less stress. The aim is to examine what is needed to create an effective team, while analysing how professionalism and the use of a common pedagogical approach can enhance cooperation between young people from different countries and social backgrounds.
Particular emphasis will be placed on supporting young people from socially vulnerable groups, offering them empowerment strategies to actively participate in the team and make a positive contribution. The programme also seeks to address the issue that often prevents young people from leaving their comfort zone and opening up to different cultural or linguistic groups. The aim is to better include and involve them from the start in intercultural groups.
Through workshops, reflective discussions and exchange sessions, participants will develop methods for managing difficult situations in working with young people and learn from each other.
Participation fee for both parts: 150€
