Elisson gUG-Berlin and Filoxenia habe implemented in the frame of the European program Erasmus+ a seminar called "Conflict as a Chance" between the 2nd-10th March in Berlin! This has been the second part of the seminar, following the first one, realized in Kryoneri, Greece in November 2022.
The seminar was led by the phycologist Nikos Ftiakas.
Here are some thoughts from our participants:
"The seminar “conflict as a change” was very educational. First of all I liked that before we started with the theoretical part Nikos gave as time to get to know each other. The information and the tools we learned are very useful. In my personal life I try to use the “ I - statement” tool. Generally, I founded it difficult to keep up with the first part of the seminar. I felt like I needed more time to learned how the tool is apply. Overall the vibe was friendly and kind make me happy to be part of the team filoxenia. The organizations mention the “needs and wants” to each other for that reason the final result is nice. Yours Rosanna"
