“Conflict is a Chance” is an Erasmus+ project, supported by the German National Agency JUGEND FÜR EUROPA.
This project has been a bilateral cooperation between Elisson gUG (Germany) and Filoxenia Association (Greece).
The partner organisation Filoxenia managed the seminar in Kryoneri Korinthias, Greece, 11-20.11.2022 (Culture centre Polykentro).
Elisson gUG took on the overall project management role and has been responsible to organize the second seminar in Berlin 01-10.03.2023 (Klubhaus Spandau).

On 30th of March 2023, Panos Poulos, a member of FILOXENIA, visited Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Centre in Jerusalem. Founded in 1953, it is the world's leading Holocaust memorial and education centre.

Γεια σας! Με λένε Φραντσέσκα, είμαι 18 ετών και είμαι Ιταλίδα. Είχα την τύχη να περάσω έναν μήνα στο Κρυονέρι, τον Σεπτέμβριο, κάνοντας εθελοντική εργασία με τη Φιλοξενία πριν από την έναρξη του τελευταίου έτους του λυκείου μου στην Ιταλία.

My name is  Francesca, I’m 18 years old and I’m Italian.  
I had the luck to spend one month in Kryoneri, in September, volunteering with Filoxenia before the start of my last year of high school in Italy.

“Remembrance Trails”, is a team volunteering project taking place in Kryoneri Korinthias (Greece), consisting of four volunteering team projects, involving 5 European programme countries (Greece, Italy, Austria, Finland, Spain) and 1 of the third countries associated to the programme Turkey.

Πρέπει οι γυναίκες στις αγροτικές περιοχές να γίνουν πολιτικά πιο ενεργές; Κατά τη διάρκεια του 20ού αιώνα, οι γυναίκες στην Ελλάδα πέτυχαν νομική ισότητα.

Over the course of the 20th century, women in Greece achieved legal equality. This also changed traditional role models - but not everywhere with the same speed.
