From 13 to 17 May 2024, the special programme Beyond Borders took place with our partner SportJugendClub Wildwuchs, where we exchanged ideas on the topic of stereotypes and prejudices through workshops and meetings with experts and also organised the first part of the youth exchange that will take place in August in Kryoneri.
As part of the programme, we visited the Greek Refugee Council in Athens and talked to experts about working with young people with a focus on volunteering and the environment. The second part of the programme took place in Berlin from 30 May to 3 June. Greek experts and experts on topics such as art and culture had the opportunity to visit Berlin and the youth centre of the receiving organisation and to organise the second part of the youth exchange that will take place between the two organisations in Berlin in July.
