Nefeli is a lucky Greek participant, who took part in a special volunteering project in Finland in Kokkola for the period of 7th of November until 17th of December 2021.
A seminar supported by the Deutsch-Griechisches Jugendwerk / Ελληνογερμανικό Ίδρυμα Νεολαίας (Greek-German Youth Institute) took place 22.-27.11.2021 in Kryoneri Korinthia with the topic "Voluntary Commitment", focusing on youth workers and interested young journalists from Greece and Germany.
Adding on to our Wunsiedel project recap: a big part of our project was the discovery of the space's history. The participants visited the "Deutsch-deutsches Museum" in Mödlareuth, where they had a tour on the history of WW2 and it's subsequent circumstances in Germany.
Another greek-german youth project took place on 6.-11.10.21 in Wunsiedel, Germany! Our participants had the chance to engage with the region through excursions to Wunsiedel and its surroundings. They went on a tour to discover the different kinds of soil of Katharinenberg.
Filoxenia was happy to host the youth exchange, "Culture for all". During one week (6-12.07.2021), young people from Czech Republic, Germany and Greece cooperated on the topic of culture- art and music.
